Case Study

Presales sold through. Phase 2 launched.

The Customer

Copper Creek Builders.

The launch ahead.

Copper Creek's vision for Korima was specific: a wellness community of single-family detached homes set among trails, parks, and a community garden, marketed to buyers drawn to Fruita's outdoor-adventure lifestyle. The buyer journey had to be clear, high-trust, and easy to navigate — and the marketing infrastructure had to support both presales and ongoing inventory sales as construction progressed.

What we built together.

The Korima system launched with 13 floor plans across 3 design themes — European Farmhouse, Scandinavian Villa, and Colorado Cottage. Featured virtual model homes were produced for the lead plans, each with an interactive kitchen visualizer, and a buyer journey wired into HubSpot. The website, mobile experience, and sales-center touchscreens all updated from the same source: change a finish on the kitchen visualizer once, and it propagates everywhere automatically.

Then the work began.

Every two weeks, the team reviewed what the data was actually showing. Which pages were buyers spending time on? Which floor plans were they returning to? Which ad campaigns were producing registrations that became appointments — and which were producing clicks that went nowhere?

Customer-Driven Marketing

Copper Creek runs the marketing. The system runs underneath.

The system is built so customers can publish, edit, measure, and pivot independently. Copper Creek does — every week.

Content They Publish Themselves

A library of resident voices.

Copper Creek has built an entire library of resident video testimonials — homebuyers speaking about life in their communities — published directly through HomeGyde's content editor. New sections, new pages, and the blog itself are all created by the customer's team without involving us.

Most builder marketing platforms either ship a rigid template or require a vendor ticket for every change. HomeGyde does neither.

Full HubSpot Integration

Every action ties to a customer record.

Korima runs on HubSpot. Every page view, virtual tour, kitchen visualizer interaction, and form submission ties to a real CRM record — and the analytics flow back in so the team sees what's working, end-to-end.

That's how the bi-weekly meetings can identify which content drove which signed agreements — and act on it.

One System, Every Device

Desktop, mobile, tablet, sales-center touchscreen.

The same system serves Korima's website at home, on a phone, on a tablet, and on the touchscreen in the sales center. HomeGyde detects the device and renders the right experience automatically — no separate apps, no duplicate content, no double maintenance.

Change a kitchen finish once, and it propagates to every screen the buyer might encounter.

Their Brand, Their Domain

livefruita.com is theirs, not ours.

Korima lives on Copper Creek's own domain, not on a HomeGyde subdomain. The customer keeps full ownership of their brand and SEO — the platform just runs underneath.

Switching DNS, not switching identity. The relationship is the value — not the lock-in.

Featured Virtual Model Homes

Thirteen floor plans. Three design themes.

Each plan is available in European Farmhouse, Scandinavian Villa, or Colorado Cottage. Featured virtual model homes give buyers an immersive preview of how each home feels — before construction begins.

An Industry Observer's Take

A third-party view of the data.

Inside the Engagement

What the bi-weekly meetings actually do.

The optimization meetings aren't a status check. They're where the system gets sharper — every two weeks, in collaboration with the customer's team.

Review

What's actually working.

Lead volume by source. Funnel conversion at every step — visits, registrations, appointments, signed agreements. Page-level attribution: which pages and floor plans were visited before each high-intent action. Heatmaps showing where buyers click and where they trip up.

Decide

What to change next.

Hypotheses form. The customer's marketing and sales priorities are reviewed — pre-sell more units, hold and build, sell down inventory. The system gets tuned to whatever the priority is this quarter.

Execute

Changes go live.

Action items get scheduled. Updates push through Slack between meetings. Every change ripples across the website, mobile, and the touchscreen experience automatically — one change, everywhere.

Measure

The next meeting starts with proof.

Two weeks later, the data tells you whether the change worked. Sometimes it did. Sometimes it didn't. Either way, the next decision is informed — and the system tightens.

What This Proves

The system works when you let it work.

Selling out a phase isn't just a marketing result. It's the product of a builder who showed up to the meetings, made the calls when the data was ambiguous, and stayed committed to refining the buyer journey through every iteration.

That's the model. The system compounds. The team stays. And the work doesn't stop after launch.

What carries forward to Phase 2

  • The CRM is already integrated. The workflows are already running.
  • The team knows the system. No retraining, no re-onboarding.
  • Top-performing pages and ads from Phase 1 can be redeployed.
  • The insight about what drove signed agreements travels forward.
